The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) has allowed himself to become completely invested in Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) continuous dramas. His impulsive agreement, letting her go to the Abbott cabin, is a risky move that seems likely to create further drama.

Jack is a prudent guy. He avoided the start of a relationship with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) because of wanting to avoid repeating a pattern of uneven romantic pursuits.

Bergman’s character also stopped Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) because he believed she betrayed his trust. Yet, Jack has thrown-in with Diane?

Diane has Jack wrapped around her fingers and maybe her toes as well. While he is telling himself this outlook is based on their son and grandson’s welfare, the Abbott family and Y&R fans suspect something deeper.

Jack and Diane obviously have a physical attraction. While they were never married, they son they were raising created a bond.

Of course, Diane went off the rails, wronged Jack one too many times, and the faked murder followed. Taylor Jensen emerged in Los Angeles, California. That was Diane’s new identity when she attempted to live a different life with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde).

Y R Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Can Not Escape Drama

Diane knew that Jeremy’s early release from prison spelled trouble. It arrived with a capital letter J.

Jeremy used Diane as a mule to launder money while initially pretending to have fallen in love with her. She was unaware of the manipulation but confronted him after discovering bills in her bag during one of what were many trips.

It would be naive to believe someone as motivated as Jeremy would not have eyes on her. That focus should lead Jeremy or his minions to locate Diane at the remote Abbott cabin.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Jeremy Stark Has Room To Grow?

Jeremy could be a short-term character. His dealings with Diane could end within one episode or stretch indefinitely based upon what is written for Hyde’s character.

Diane said she did not want to involve the police because doing so would make him angry. That creates a plausible opportunity for she and Jeremy to resolve their conflict and see him remain in Genoa City, Wisconsin.

But the audience would more likely accept a major battle at the cabin, possibly including Jeremy capturing Diane as a form of payback revenge on Y&R. Of course, Diane would likely escape or be rescued by the man she loves, Jack, or the security team he is employing.
