We knew that he wouldn’t be gone for too long! New The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Jason Canela (Arturo Rosales) has returned to Genoa City to reprise his role as Lola Rosales’s trusted brother. But is he here to stay a little bit longer? Here’s what you need to know!
Y&R Spoilers – Arturo Rosales is Back In Genoa City
According to CBS Soaps in Depth, “Jason is excited to be back with the cast and crew of The Young and the Restless and that he was surprised to get that special phone call asking him to come back. He told the publication, “I definitely was surprised it was as soon as it was, but more than anything I was thrilled to be back and see all those faces that I got used to seeing on a daily basis. It was really special to see these people again; it was definitely an overdose of joy.”

With that said, Jason also said that it was exciting to see his old pals back and in particular his character’s love interest, who was played by Melissa Ordway (Abby Newman). For Jason it felt like good times all over again!
Jason continued, “It was like falling in love all over again with Melissa. She’s so awesome and quirky and such a fun person to work with, it’s always great to see her like no time had gone by since I last saw Jordi and Sasha. We felt so comfortable right away working together and it just felt right. I love their energy.”
What Does The Future Hold For Jason Canela?
And while Jason’s appearance on The Young and the Restless this time around is a brief one, he said that he will definitely be back, should the producers need him again. In fact, there’s no way that he would ever say no as he would definitely clear his schedule for the soap.
He added, “They are family so I can never see myself telling no. If they ever call and need me, I will be there.”

Yes its nice that he is back but for how long and will the writers or the fan’s find him
a date or will he be single for a while?
NO!!! He’s a SUCH a terrible actor! He sounds like a street thug gang-banger! Rey doesn’t sound like that. Their mother doesn’t sound like that. Lola doesn’t sound like that. I can’t stand Lola, but at least she doesn’t sound like a street thug. I need Arturo to visit for the wedding and then get the heck out of town! And never come back! At least go be gone for a year and take some acting classes and stop sounding like such a street thug and then maybe he can slip back into town in a year… But Y&R has been force feeding us this awful Rosales Family at such breakneck speed from the jump. They didn’t ease them in or let us get to know or care about them. They were just shoved down our throats in a flash. I’d like them to just all be gone… Hate for Arturo to be back!

And how about the Rosalaes clan? Mom appears to be the same age as her son, Dullard Rey. How does that happen? And how does mom speak, accent free, but son Rey has an accent??
And why do I care? After watching the show since year one, I find it difficult to pay attention to much of anything – but what’s up with Billy’s gum chewing??
The same goes for Mariah & her sickening slobbering girlfriend..makes me sick. Can not stand it. Pray to heaven they take one or the other off asap. I change the channel quickly when they start their lip locking..yup jmo

The whole Rosales clan needs to hop back into the taco truck and go back to Miami as soon as Lola and her mother aka soon to be husbands step mother…take a huge chunk of the Abbott fortune with them
