The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) have serious concerns about Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) claws coming out when Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) returns to Genoa City. They worry she will revert to her former self and try to destroy her nemesis for attempting to frame her for murder.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Showed She’s Still A Liar
Last week, Diane tried to manipulate Kyle into forgiving his wife, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier), for lying to him about Phyllis being alive. She told Kyle that Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez) had woken up in the middle night upset for several nights in a row, upset his parents were not getting along. She suggested they work things out for Harrison’s well-being.
After being pressed about more details, Diane finally admitted that she had lied. Harrison never woke up in the middle of the night. However, she claimed that the child was upset about their tension. Her scheme did not work. Kyle accused Summer of using his mother to manipulate him into forgiving her.
While Diane’s lie seems well-meaning, Kyle grew suspicious that his mother’s dark side could emerge again. He believes she’s changed but worries that the tension with Phyllis could bring out his mother’s petty side.

Kyle asked his dad if he thought Diane could return to the dark side when Phyllis returns. Jack admitted he worried how Diane would handle the tension with Phyllis, considering Red could have cost Diane everything.
Jack chooses to believe in Diane and the positive changes she’s made in her life. He refuses to live in fear of her reverting to her old ways. He thinks Diane knows she will lose her family and hopes that’s enough to keep her on the right path.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Kyle worries that Phyllis’ return could impact everyone’s lives. The change would not be for the better, as her fake death scheme destroyed his marriage.
