Tara wants Kyle to protect Harrison by stepping up and claiming that he is the biological father. Even though many judges favor biological parents, it’s a bit different when a non-parent has been raising a child since they were born. It makes things more complicated. While a judge wouldn’t ban Kyle from being in Harrison’s life, they wouldn’t necessarily take the child away from Ashland. After all, they have to consider the confusion and trauma that would have on Harrison. Ashland is the only father Harrison has ever known, so that has to be taken into consideration.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that courts are supposed to do what is in the best interest of the child. As everyone knows, that doesn’t always happen. Even though Ashland is a vindictive and dangerous man, it has to be proven. Plus, he has a lot of power and money. He could bribe the judge, pay off experts, he could even pay someone at the lab to make the paternity test look like he is the biological father.

He could make up stories about Tara being neglectful or abusive, and he’ll probably pay “witnesses” to corroborate his stories. So, Tara might be right to worry. If Ashland actually gets custody of Harrison, Tara will be desperate and could come up with a drastic plan.

Y&R Spoilers – Summer Newman’s Heartbreak

It’s possible that once the divorce is final, Tara might suggest to Kyle they get married. He won’t want to do it because he loves Summer. However, she could spin it as them being married might give them a better chance of getting Harrison back. But this means Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will be even more fed up with Kyle causing Summer pain. Plus, it would turn Summer from a bride-to-be into a mistress. Since this is a fictional soap, we can totally see this happening.
