Y&R spoilers reveal that prior to Ashland arriving in Genoa City, Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) showed up. She wanted Kyle to drop the paternity issue. She warned him that Ashland is not someone to mess with. Even though that might be true, it seems to be more about protecting her own marriage and social standing. Leiner told SoapCentral that Tara is just as money-hungry and power-obsessed as her husband. Tara married Ashland for money, power, and social standing. She doesn’t want to lose that.

We are currently seeing signs that Ashland already suspects Tara and Kyle have a history. It was speculated that Ashland might already know Harrison Locke isn’t his child. The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Kyle is going to feel Ashland’s wrath when the truth comes out. Fans have been wondering how Ashland’s relationship with Harrison would change. For some, the love they have for that child would not change — even though the marriage might not survive. However, for others, they might reject the child, which would be confusing and traumatizing for Harrison.

While Ashland might not reject Harrison, Ashland won’t just sit back and let Kyle suddenly be a father to Harrison. Plus, there have to be consequences for Tara’s infidelity and paternity lie.
