Y&R spoilers reveal that Phyllis finally got Summer and Kyle to agree to give her a job at Marchetti. Even though Phyllis was warned she would be watched very carefully, she has no intention of abandoning her scheme. Of course, while Phyllis is waiting for the right opportunity to sabotage Diane, there is a second scheme taking place.

Y&R Spoilers – Nikki Newman’s Failure

Nikki has her own way of exposing the truth about Diane. Nikki introduced Phyllis to Talia Morgan (Natalie Morales), an investigative journalist. Talia is supposed to dig for dirt on Diane. However, it is teased that this plan could fail.

If it fails, it might have something to do with Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) scandalous information regarding Ashland Locke’s (formerly played by Robert Newman) death. Even though Adam claims to be giving up revenge, he could just be trying to get everyone to lower their guard. Talia will want the juiciest story and the Newman family being part of a criminal cover-up would trump Diane’s past.

The Young And the Restless Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Losing Son’s Support

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Kyle has been getting suspicious of Diane. Kyle lashed out and jumped to conclusions when he saw Diane in Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) office. Even though Diane does want a future with Jack, she wasn’t doing anything inappropriate with Jack that day.

So, it seems that Kyle is starting to wonder about Diane’s true intentions. Kyle wants to protect his father. While Kyle enjoys having his mother back in his life, he also wants to make sure this isn’t all a scheme to win Jack.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Switching Sides

If Kyle is starting not to trust Diane, he could suddenly switch to Phyllis’ side. Plus, when Kyle finds out about Phyllis and Nikki’s failed scheme, he might decide to keep it from Summer.

The last thing Summer needs is to take her focus off of Marchetti and Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez). If Summer worries that her mother has gone too far yet again, it will distract Summer and could affect the mother/daughter relationship.

Plus, Kyle might want to find out if Phyllis has been right all along before telling Summer the truth. However, will Summer understand Kyle keeping this secret from her or could it damage their relationship?
