The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) accepted Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) offer. Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) son agreed to engineer Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) ouster at Jabot. But teasers indicate that the alliance between Victor and Kyle will be short-lived.

Victor does not seem to care that Adam will spot a con if whatever supposed intel Kyle provides or screwy situation is orchestrated leads to controversy. The only goal of the Moustache is to end Adam’s run at Jabot before he becomes linked long-term to Jack.

So, Adam wanted to leave the family business. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) did that on several occasions. Victor tried to convince him otherwise.

Viewers recall The Underground and how that ill-fated nightclub eventually was fated to fail. But Nick persisted. Then came New Hope, which became a discarded plot idea when Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) decided he did not want to take the reins from his dad.

Through it all, Victor was not making a full-court press to get Nick to put the three-piece suit on. As an aside, how many guys wear them anymore? Traditional dress generally stops at the dress shirt and tie, sometimes with a jacket. But the vest is not often in the real-life costume department.

Y&R Spoilers – Jack Abbott Was Pleased With His Surviving Son

Victor suffered two fake losses of Adam. The character was not killed either time, with Michael Muhney (Adam) and Justin Hartley (Adam) departing the cast but the character himself surviving.

All editions of Adam view Jack as a father figure. Victor does not fully appreciate Jack losing his first-born son, Keemo Volien Abbott Nguyen (Philip Moon).

Kyle loves his father. He and Adam have massive different takes on their fathers. Jack’s awareness of Kyle’s throw-in with Victor will not go over well.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Kyle Abbott Has Trouble On Multiple Fronts

Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) is disappointed. She did not like Kyle putting himself, Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez), and the Abbott family in danger. But the frame Jack and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) laid around Jeremy Stark’s (James Hyde) neck worked.

The difference between Summer’s anger and Jack’s coming upset is different. Kyle did not tell Summer all that was happening with the Jeremy plot. Mealor’s character purposely kept Jack out of the loop.

Jack allowed Kyle to become co-Chief Executive Officer in the recent past, to switch to working in Europe, accepting his advice to purchase Marchetti and then allowing him to slide to be its head. Breaking that trust by conspiring with Victor is geared to generate drama on Y&R.
