While that is under the Jabot umbrella, Kyle has no intention of allowing Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to run the company. Kyle just might battle Adam and try to take back the position. However, this war could get nasty and manipulative.

Y&R spoilers reveal that Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) opened up to Kyle about Marchetti’s financial problems. That is when the idea to have Jabot acquire Marchetti and move the fashion house to Genoa City was born.

Then, Summer suggested that Kyle be the CEO of Marchetti. It was a big decision but Kyle decided to go for it. However, that left Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) holding the reins at Jabot by himself. It is a job that Jack is more than capable of doing. However, having two CEOs can make things easier, especially with Jack taking more time to spend with family.

Jack Abbott’s Co-CEO Offer

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that once Adam quit Newman Media, he was out of sorts. Adam wanted revenge against his family, particularly Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). However, Adam was stunned when Jack offered him a job as the co-CEO at Jabot.

At first, Adam didn’t accept the offer because he was too focused on revenge. Adam soon changed his mind and is already stepping onto Tessa Porter’s (Cait Fairbanks) photo shoot to “supervise.”

At the photo shoot, Kyle confronted Adam. The two men debated and exchanged insults. However, Kyle isn’t going to simply accept that Jack hired Adam. Meanwhile, Adam has no intention of backing off or giving up the job.

Even though Kyle enjoys working side-by-side with Summer at Marchetti, he is concerned about Jack and Jabot. Kyle really ripped into Adam at the photo shoot. So, it sounds like this could be the beginning of an explosive feud. Will Kyle manage to get Adam out of Jabot and reclaim the throne next to Jack? Or could Adam actually win this fight?
