The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Lily & Cane’s Reunion Sabotaged, Diane Keeps Vengeful Promise?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) still loves Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and always will, but he’s accepted that he’s not good for her anymore.

Based on Cane’s video recording in Y&R’s March 13 episode, he understands that Lily doesn’t need his baggage and wants to stay away to preserve her own chance at happiness.

Cane just needs to make sure Lily and the twins are out of Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) grasp first so he can try to fix some of his mistakes.

Of course, Lily may be more moved by that video message than Cane anticipates. After seeing that Cane’s learned his lesson and grown as a person due to this whole ordeal, Lily may realize he deserves a second chance.

By the time Lily resurfaces after this fake kidnapping fiasco, she might admit she was in on it and hope Cane can understand why she did what she did. Lily might pitch the idea of a clean slate and hope that Cane wants that, too.

Cane may finally get a break from all the heartache he’s been dealing with if Lily offers some hope for their future. It could be the silver lining following this nightmare that Cane has been dealing with.

However, Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) is boiling mad over the Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) chaos and wants revenge on all parties involved.

Diane will certainly hope to make Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) pay for kidnapping Jack, especially once all this sizzling drama with Patty plays out. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is on Diane’s revenge list as well, but she definitely hasn’t forgotten Cane started this mess.

If Cane hadn’t come to town with the AI program and kicked off corporate chaos, none of this would be happening right now. Diane will want Cane to pay for that along with his brazen decision to provoke Victor by stealing the Newman empire.

Cane quickly lost control of that situation and may lose control of another one after Diane strikes back. There’s no way Diane will just stand by and let Cane live happily ever after with Lily.

Diane may keep her promise to make Cane pay along with Victor and Phyllis, so that could mean his reunion with Lily’s about to get sabotaged!
