The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Lily Caught In Crossfire As Annie’s Attack On Sienna Goes Wrong

The Young And The Restless spoiler hint that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) may get caught in the crossfire when Detective Annie Stewart (Catherine Kresge) goes to take care of Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) on Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) orders. Could this be how Christel exits the show for her maternity leave?

A Winters Family Member’s Trouble

Bryton James (Devon Winters) has already predicted that a member of his immediate family will end up in danger. Of course, this is also supposed to cause problems in his marriage as well.

Could Lily be the person who is hurt and perhaps Devon blames Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) for the situation? Lets see what might happen.

During the week of December 15 Matt is in Genoa City with Annie and he order her to take care of Sienna.

Sienna is at the GCAC in a secured room and Annie has been ordered to get past the security detail and get into that room. Matt doesn’t want any excuses, he wants action and Annie better come through for him.

Annie Stewart Needs To Redeem Herself In Matt Clarks Eyes

Annie completely screwed up in LA and dropped her gun in LA and quickly proven that she was not the most reliable partner around.

Annie is also going to be worried about running into the Newman’s being around to protect Sienna. Can Annie pull off what Matt wants or will she blotch yet another important job?

What if Annie mistakes Lily for Sienna and perhaps kidnaps her or whacks her over the head. Could Lily find herself being held hostage for no apparent reason?

What happens if Annie figures out that she kidnapped Lily by mistake? Could Lily find herself in a coma because she looked like Sienna Bacall from behind?

Matt Clark Still Has Leverage

Matt could still work with this mix-up as long as it is Lily that is kidnapped. Knowing how Victor feels about Neil Winter’s (Kristoff St. John) and his children.

Lily could easily be offscreen since the actress is going to be on maternity leave. Lily would certainly have the support from her twins during this time if she remains onscreen.

It could certainly be one way to cover up the maternity leave for Khalil. Imagine Lily being MIA for six weeks or so.

A lengthy hospital stay or mysterious kidnapping would be the perfect excuse for Khalil’s exit and to help Matt try to get Victor where wants him. Will this work into Matt’s plans to make Victor and his family pay for taking his money and destroying his business.

Whatever the case, things seem to be heating up, will Lily survive if she does get caught up in this scheme?
