The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Lily Falls For “Damian” Imposter – Holden Withholds Identity During Initial Stages Of Romance

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate that fans got a massive plot twist in the Damian King storyline during the Monday, February 3 episode.

Much to everyone’s surprise, the initial “Damian King” (Nathan Owens) that was introduced to audiences, is actually an imposter and the “real” Damian King, played by actor Jermaine Rivers, revealed himself to Y&R viewers.

Fake Damian, who goes by the name Holden, is doing the real Damian a favor by parading around as him, while both men try to figure out what Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is up to, and why he lied to them.

Before Damian entered the canvas, there was a buzz that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) would be getting her true love romance in the new year, and many fans seemed to think it would be Damian; however, will she fall in love with the real Damian or his imposter?

Holden Seems More Like Lily Winters’ Type

The real Damian has villain written all over him; his demeanor, the way he carries himself, and his reaction during Monday’s show of not wanting to see his mom, Amy Lewis (Valarie Pettiford) raises major red flags.

Meanwhile, despite running around as “Damian”, Holden’s babyface and body language seems to imply that he’s a good guy that’s doing a favor for his partner/friend/boss.

It’s hard to say the exact dynamic that Holden and Damian share, as they seem close, but they also seem to have a boss-employee dynamic. Either way, they also seem to be friends.

Fake Damian just seems more like Lily’s type, versus the “real” Damian. Regardless, how long will Holden continue this “Damian” charade, and will he meet and fall in love with someone in GC along the way?

Hily’s First Romance Obstacle – Imposter Syndrome

There’s a good chance that Holden will continue to impersonate Damian. As Amy is deteriorating at a rapid rate, could she pass on before she sees Holden? If that’s the case, he could continue parading around as Damian to gather intel.

Holden may meet Lily either through Nate or on his own. The two will have sparks and may even act on them, which may complicate things for Holden and Damian. Still, how will Holden explain himself to Lily when the real Damian exposes himself to Nate?
