Could Billy and Lily end up in bed together? If so, the two could have a sizzling affair. Lily might justify her betrayal as keeping her options open while Daniel makes up his mind.

As for Billy, Lily might push him to keep quiet in order to prevent Chelsea from having a mental health relapse.
