The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Mariah Tries To Win Back Tessa, But It May Be Too Late

The Young and the Restless (Y&R)  promo for the week of March 16 indicates that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) tried to win back Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks).

As Y&R fans know, Tessa was in a relationship with Mariah’s brother Noah Newman (Robert Adamson). Tessa and Mariah became friends, but over time the two realized that had feelings for each other which resulted in them sharing a kiss.

Eventually, Tessa and Noah ended their relationship, and she began dating Mariah. However, the two women had their share of problems. Tessa hurt Mariah plenty of times in the past. She stole her diary to use as inspiration for her songwriting.

Then Tessa would later blackmail Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) about JT Hellstrom’s (Thad Luckinbill) “death.” Mariah found it in her heart to forgive Tessa, but now their relationship is once again up in the air.

Y&R Spoilers: Mariah Copeland and Tessa Porter’s Troubled Past

Mariah and Tessa recently experienced more relationship problems. When Tessa received an offer to go on tour with Tanner Watts (Chase Coleman), Mariah was excited. However, her enthusiasm diminished when she learned that Tanner was Tessa’s ex-husband.

Mariah was stunned to learn the news and annoyed that Tessa kept the marriage a secret. She got over it and gave Tessa her support to go on tour because it was a huge opportunity.

While Tessa was on the road, Mariah was left to deal with personal issues. She found out her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. She also learned that she was out of a job thanks to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James).

To make matters worse Mariah began to suspect Tessa of having an affair when a shirtless Tanner appeared during one of their video chats.

Young And The Restless Spoilers: Mariah Copeland’s Betrayal

To drown her sorrows one night Mariah went out with Society bartender Lindsay (Kirby Bliss Blanton). The two went back to Mariah’s apartment where they made love. Afterward, Tessa walked on in them. Upon seeing them together, Tessa lashed out at Mariah and left.

With Tessa ignoring her calls, Mariah sought advice from her mother. She confesses her betrayal and her fears that their relationship is over. Sharon advises her daughter to follow her heart. This week Mariah tracks down Tessa and they have an emotional discussion on Tanner’s jet.

Mariah apologizes and asks Tessa for another chance. But Tessa informs her their relationship was over the moment Mariah betrayed her.

An upset Mariah fears she’s lost Tessa, but she’s not giving up without a fight. Mariah comes up with a plan to show Tessa how sorry she is and hope she’ll forgive her.
