Excited About Opportunity

Y&R spoilers reveal that when Michael retired, he received a freelance opportunity from Victor. Michael was really excited about it but Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) was concerned. Although Michael was kidnapped by Ashland Locke’s (Robert Newman) thugs and jailed in Peru, he still works for Victor.

Right now, Lauren is letting Michael continue doing his job. However, something will probably happen that makes Lauren put her foot down.

Y&R Spoilers: Supporting Diane Jenkins

Fans have seen Michael and Diane interact a few times. Despite a lot of people in Genoa City wanting Diane eliminated, Michael seems to think she deserves a chance to prove herself. Remember, Michael wasn’t always a stand-up guy, so he understands the battle she faces right now.

Michael has been focused on Ashland but Nikki wants dirt on Diane. Michael is treading carefully between the two enemies. Michael looked into Diane’s past but also warned the returnee about what he was doing. Michael allowed Diane to confess to any secret sins he might uncover. Of course, Diane claimed that she’s been a total angel since her “death” and promised Michael wouldn’t find anything.

Debate with Nikki Newman

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that on Friday, July 15, Nikki and Michael will disagree. Now, this might be a civil conversation but it’s about Diane, expect Nikki to get very heated. This conversation could lead to some unexpected twists during the week of July 18.

If Nikki can’t find dirt on Diane, she might propose sabotaging the resurrected character. Maybe Nikki wants to set a trap for Diane. Depending on what it is, Michael might put his foot down.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Slips Intel to Enemy?

Just before summer began, LeBlanc spoke to Soap Opera Digest about Michael’s future. The actor hinted that fans could see Michael go back to his old ways just a bit. LeBlanc implied that Michael could get devious.

It was speculated at the time that this had to do with taking down Ashland. However, maybe what LeBlanc was referring to was the war between Diane and Nikki. The dynamic between the Newman family and Michael has been going smoothly so far.

In soaps, that means it’s time for some betrayal or an unexpected twist. What if Michael agrees to Nikki’s plan only to share this information with Diane in order to protect her? If Victor and Nikki find out, it could be explosive.

Y&R becomes more like a comedy with every episode. Its hilarious Victor and Nikki feel at liberty to judge Ashland!!! Is everyone now suffering from amnesia in that city. Yes Ashland did a terrible thing faking cancer to try to takeover Newman but it hatdly compares to having a prominent business rival (Jack Abbot) kidnapped by a psychopath, replaced with a lunatic in the mans house, company and his wifes bed, a wife with his own granddaughter around and exposed to such a dangerous person. That resulted in all Victors family being exposed to this dangerous criminal and Summers husband being killed and Abby injured. And lets not forget Patti. Victor broke that poor woman out of a mental facility to again harm his rival. That resulted in poor Tracy’s daughter becoming an innocent victim who gets killed. Don’t even get me started on Victor frequently harming his own flesh and blood just because they disagree with him! Ummm Ashlands not looking so bad when you start racking his sins up against Victors is he?. Unless of course you’re a lazy writer who would just prefer to ignore all Victors misdeeds and hope fans will have forgotten so this lazy trash will pass for a story. It’s an insult to loyal fans having to watch this complete joke of a story. And having to watch a geriatric actor Victor play the hardman assaulting some behind bars was sad and pathetic. I seriously doubt this writing can get any worse.
