Holden’s bank account would benefit from going along with Cane’s plan, but he’ll be risking Victor’s wrath if he does.

Plus, Holden will no doubt worry about Claire Newman’s (Hayley Erin) reaction if she finds out what he’s up to.

Cane might even want Holden to use Claire to their advantage and pump her for Victor-related intel.

It’s clear that Cane will be determined to get revenge on Victor by any means necessary.

Holden is going to have some mixed emotions when it comes to Cane’s plot and whether he should relent.

As for Claire, she’ll deal with some conflicted feelings of her own.

Victor is hoping to use Chancellor against Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), so he’s counting on Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and hopefully Claire to work with him.

Part of Claire wants to help her family, but another part of her will continue to fret over the awful things Victor is capable of.

Victoria will understand Claire’s reservations, but she’ll hope Claire accepts Victor’s offer anyway.

Diane may push Jack to keep his distance, but he may not be able to pass up the opportunity to fight for his marriage again.

Jack may set himself up for disastrous news by not giving Diane time and space.

Instead, Jack may seize the day and hope he can talk Diane into fixing their broken marriage.

However, Jack’s efforts may flop if Diane just gets angrier.

If Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) shows up while Diane and Jack’s latest argument is in process, that could make matters even worse!

Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is rooting for Jack and Diane to repair their relationship, but he may comfort Jack if more damage is done.

On the bright side, Kyle could be a crucial ally as Jack figures out how exactly he wants to make Victor pay.
