The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, July 5 reveal that Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) might be tired of games. He backs away from Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). Speaking of Ashland, his life is saved by Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) when a health emergency strikes. Plus, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) issues a challenge.
The Young And The Restless – Ashland Locke’s Health Emergency
Y&R spoilers reveal that Ashland sure does have a number of medical emergencies. First, he had a heart attack while bickering with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Then, he was given six months to live… or so he claims. On Monday, Ashland will have another near-death experience while at Society. We imagine it must be choking or perhaps a coughing fit that causes him to pass out.
Y&R Spoilers – Adam Newman’s Heroism
When Adam sees Ashland in a medical crisis, he jumps into action. Adam will waste no time getting over to Ashland and saves his life. Now, we can’t be sure if Ashland’s health emergencies are legit or not. In any case, he will be thankful to Adam, and what a coincidence that it comes around the same time as him backing away from Victoria.
It’s just like with the Cyaxares deal. He had Victoria believing that he was choosing her in the bidding war. Then, she found out that Ashland’s media company ended up in the hands of Adam and Victor. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) warned her daughter that something like this could happen. Now, what move is Victoria going to make next?
The Young And The Restless – Distancing Victoria Newman
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Ashland has asked to kiss Victoria and even take her to bed a few times. She always gives the excuse of having to get home to her kids. Eventually, Ashland was going to get the hint and realize what’s actually going on. However, he will turn the tables on her. Ashland puts distance between them. He tells Victoria that he’s doing this for her. That if they fall in love, it will only end in heartbreak due to his death sentence.
He expects Victoria to work a bit harder to show him she’s interested. After all, if he’s losing interest, then the merger could always be doomed. However, will Ashland’s mind game work, or could Victoria decide to just walk away?

Fans can also expect Phyllis to issue a challenge to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). She will put on the waterworks, which will make him feel compelled to comfort her. She could claim this is about missing Summer Newman (Hunter King). However, we place our bets on Phyllis trying to keep Jack and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) apart.
Meanwhile, Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) makes a move on Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).

An end to some these plots
send the scam artist Tara & her husband Ashland back to New York where they come from, been trouble since they came here and that little boy Harrison is not Kyle's also send Sally back to B & B so she can cause problems with the people that hate her there. I'm also looking forward to seeing Kyle reunite with Summer in Italy than marry with no interference from no one especially Tara or Jack.
Yes we need an end to several of theses plots. Please let Jack be his age and place in the community and do not go after the younger RED.

the Show getting worse all the time
Think Ashland is plotting to take Victor down for what he did to him.Victoria is using Ashland to take over his company.
When Kyle find out the truth about Tara and Sally what they did to make Summer leave
Kyle to find out the truth. I read him and Summer are both leaving the show because of contract issues. I will miss them.
Victoria isn't smart enough to walk away, I think she will sleep with Ashland …she's willing to do anything to get what she wants and that's the merger and his seat on the board of Newman's media. she thinks she's playing hard to get but so is Ashland I seriously doubt he's even dying ..as a matter of fact his whole divorce thing could be a hoax they are setting up to take over Newman is my guess !
Summer no way. Keep her away for ever.
I believe that is Victoria's plan. Really hope Victor is ahead of Ashland and Victoria.
Forget about Summer and Kyle, Amanda and her family. So tired of their story line.
I think Ashland and Tara are in this together and I also believe Victor is too smart of a business man to believe every thing that Ashland is saying.
