The Abbott Family Struggles
Ashley (Eileen Davidson) wonders if Traci (Beth Maitland) is avoiding her, but she just needs to get out of the house after that failed intervention. Kyle (Michael Mealor) jokes that if Traci thinks she has a headache now, wait until she finds out Billy has been embezzling Jabot funds. He’s curious why Ashley kept quiet about it, thinking she has something to gain by keeping it to herself.
Victor (Eric Braeden) meets Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) at Crimson, where she asks him to escort her to Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon’s (Sharon Case) wedding, but he refuses.
Lily Gets A Visitor

She admits things have changed between her and Devon (Bryton James), feeling they can survive this. Traci reveals she is back for a family matter, hoping she isn’t making things worse.
Ashley Protects Billy
Kyle wants to know Ashley’s motives, asking her to be up front with him since he has always been loyal to her. She is concerned about how callous he is towards his Uncle, but Kyle feels Billy is a screw up but everyone loves him and he can get through this.
Ashley says them revealing Billy stealing from Jabot would be catastrophic for Billy and she can’t go there. Kyle pushes, saying keeping this quiet could be hurting Billy more than helping him!
Phyllis says Billy dodged a bullet by his arrest not becoming public, but he still has to answer to board members who could fire him. They both know he needs to reimburse the company; she offers to give him all her savings but together they can cover half of it. He refuses to allow her to bail him out after everything he has done, as he isn’t going to let her go down with him. He walks out of the office and right into Lauren who reminds him about the meeting they had. Gloria (Judith Chapman) offers to bring them both coffee.
Jack (Peter Bergman) comes to Jabot and finds Phyllis, revealing he has been trying to get a hold of Billy but no response. He wants to help and Phyllis says there might be something he can do.
Victor Argues Over Nick’s Wedding
Abby (Melissa Ordway) joins Victor and Nikki, who admits she volunteered to help convince her dad come to Nick’s wedding, even if he thinks Nick wouldn’t want him there. Abby explains that this fight is just about business and Nikki says the bond between and parent and child is so much deeper than that.
Traci asks Lily how she dealt with Neil (Kristoff St. John) and his alcoholism. Lily admits that interventions didn’t help Neil either, but held out the “big guns” for when he was hurting himself and others.
Traci hopes she doesn’t blame herself forever, Lily says talking to Devon helped a lot as Traci reminds her if she can’t count on her family, she can’t count on anyone.
Kyle suggests if Billy resigns he will walk away with some dignity, lots of sympathy and can get to work on his gambling by himself. Ashley disagrees, worried Billy will fight them on this, revealing this intervention was Traci’s idea and since it didn’t work, she is going to make her realize she needs to step in and vote Billy out. Kyle isn’t so sure she isn’t ready for that. Ashley is determined to do this today!
Phyllis Reveals All To Jack
Phyllis reveals everything to Jack that they are short by a quarter of a million dollars, and they need him; just like Jack needed help in the past. Phyllis asks him only to do this because he cares for Billy. She is sorry to ask him but has no one else to turn to.
Kyle calls Gloria, who hates stabbing Billy in the back. She reveals Billy and Phyllis met in private this morning and hangs up, telling him to call them himself. When Billy sees her frustrated, he tells her when people call like that, send the calls for him to deal with. She advises him not to go into his office, as he stares at the door.
Phyllis continues to tell Jack the situation, saying this isn’t about teaching him a lesson; its about containing the damage. Jack disagrees as Phyllis asks him what John Abbott would do? Jack says she makes a good case and she knows she had not right to ask him. He knows Billy is lucky to have a woman to fight so passionately for him, agreeing to help Billy. Billy walks in as Phyllis hugs Jack.
Together they reveal Jack has agreed to help and Jack demands him not to take it for granted and be man enough to take the help. Billy admits he is lucky to have a woman and brother like them. Jack does want something in return.
Ashley and Traci meet at the GCAC where they revisit their previous conversation. Traci has not changed her mind, even though she is disappointed in Billy feeling anything is possible. Ashley threatens her, saying if she doesn’t replace Billy as CEO, humiliating and ejecting him from his job is exactly what will happen!
Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) and Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) visit Lily as they talk about Halloween, when Mattie blurts out how much she hates them acting normal when she is in prison.
Lily shares Traci’s visit and how much she reminds her of her childhood friend, Colleen. Charlie reveals Mattie isn’t the only one who messed up, he had been missing school. Lily understands why they have been acting out but they cannot jeopardize their future. Lily learns that the only reason Devon came to see her was to make Charlie go back to school.

Ashley’s Bold Move
Traci is shocked Ashley is going through with this and they both leave CGAC. Billy is unable to transfer the funds into the Jabot account, access has been denied; Gloria walks in informing them both that Ashley has called a board meeting and the agenda is Billy!
Victor admits some of the things Abby said had an affect, but he doesn’t have an invitation. She feels this is an opportunity for Victor to show he still loves Nick and that gestures like this can lead to actual healing, no matter how much he doesn’t want to admit it. Jack returns to Billy’s office where Lauren and Abby are sitting, where Jack says this might not be happening if he hadn’t walked out of the intervention.
Billy Agrees To Go to Rehab
Phyllis and Jack inform them Billy agreed to rehab before this meeting was announced and believe him. Jack doesn’t think Traci will change her mind and remove Billy, just as the Abbott sisters arrive in the building. Traci doesn’t want to hurt Billy and hopes Ashley doesn’t want to either. Kyle learns Traci refuses to help her as Billy calls the meeting to order. Ashley reveals Billy’s gambling addiction and this is an extension of the intervention. She wants them to vote “No Confidence”.
