The Young and the Restless spoilers document Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) betrayal was adjusted. While he did not use insider information to help Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) take control of Chancellor-Winters, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) believes the link between them represents proof.

Despite Victoria’s denials at Society, Devon can see what is right in front of him. It was obvious the Chief Executive Officer Nate was working with was and is Victoria. Nate’s protection of his backer was clever as it allowed Victoria to maintain her trust in him and feel good about offering him a job.

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), by all accounts, was performing well as the CEO of Newman Media. So, why did Victoria order her fired?

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) disagreed with his oldest sister’s motivations. Victoria, like Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), never trusted Sally. They also did not give her a chance to succeed long-term.

Nick feels the need to help Sally since she was wronged by his family. Hope’s character appreciates his sincerity but also feels she can make it without his assistance. She does not want to open an Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) door for her newest love.

Y&R Spoilers – Victoria Newman Makes A Good Hire?

Nate has less of a business background than Sally. However, he is a surgeon, with is being the operative word.

Dominic’s character no longer considers himself to be a current member of the medical profession. His choice to turn to business was initially endorsed by Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Devon.

But tension began to build between Nate and Devon when James’ character repeatedly blocked his cousin’s ideas, or that is what Dominic’s character sensed. Victoria appears to believe that the structure of Newman Enterprises will not allow Nate to go off the rails.
