The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Nate and Elena Inspired To Marry By Ashland’s Determination

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) has the backing of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). That should be enough to carry him across the finish line.

AMP in the post

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) does not know how to feel after being emotionally smashed by a series of devastating reveals. Ashland’s recent tell about his identity switch has been followed by the terrible inheritance theft story.

Vashland appears to be getting married no matter what happened in Bobby Defranco’s (the self-revealed name of Burgi’s character) past. But some form of consequence is sure to result.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Niktor Split On Marriage

Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) has been married to Victor multiple times. Thankfully for Niktor fans, the current edition has been flowing smoothly.

However, the soulmates split when it comes to Ashland marrying their firstborn child. Victor is rationalizing what Ashland did because their histories include generally similar checkpoints. Meanwhile, Nikki is concerned that Victoria is setting herself up for a fall.

Nikki is urging Ashland to back out of the nuptials, while Victor is telling his intended son-in-law not to worry about the Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) problem.

Y&R Spoilers – Reverting To Business Stance

Victoria is using a defense mechanism as she tries to process this torrent of bizarre information. In an attempt to use logic, she sees Ashland’s explanations as manageable.

The Newman-Locke merger is a serious concern. Marriage or not, Victoria’s knowledge of Ashland’s crimes makes her an accessory after the fact. So, she plans to put her head down and head for the goal line, with hopes that all will be resolved through Ashland’s promises and Victor’s support.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Standing Up For Ashland Locke

AMP in the post

Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) was taken aback when Ashland asked him to be his best man. That was an odd request because they barely know each other.

Ashland does not want any of his business associates or people from his past to be involved in the future. So, Nate makes sense as his pick.

While Nate stands up for Ashland, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) is along for the wonderful ride. The magic of a wedding in this setting, no matter what results on the big day or thereafter, should further Nelena’s long-term plans.

In contrast to Victoria and Ashland’s relationship, Nate and Elena’s connection was not built behind secrets. Yes, their pairing was controversial, with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) being hurt in the process.

The above issue was resolved long ago, allowing Nelena to grow. TPTB are hopefully forwarding Nate and Elena’s love story through those storm clouds in Tuscany, Italy.

I could care less about Kyle and Summer's wedding. Happy we did no to see them get married. Happier when they are gone for good. Was not one to care for seeing them at all..
Believe Victoria is making a big big mistake if she continues with the wedding. Would like to see her in the dress Sally made for her but, not marry Ashland.

If I were Kyle & Summer I would not return to Y&R. Y&R don't give a dam as to how popular they are, all they care about is the bottom dollar. They don't mind bringing back the "cheap labor" (the ones they let go) but the award winning ones they want them to work for peanuts. They tried that with Victor but he ended getting his contract and had to bring him on the show. Victor had the last laugh.
