The Young And The Restless: Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic)The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) completed a verbal deal with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) at Chancellor Park. That was a purposefully foreshadowing, as he then bee-lined to his family’s just-merged business, Chancellor Winters.

Nate and Victoria are conspiring to enable Newman Enterprises to take control of CW. Nate’s insider information included him saying that Jill Abbott Atkinson (Jess Walton) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) intend to retain fifty-one percent control of the corporation.

But Nate’s offer to Victoria includes him selling his shares, which, combined with what Victoria buys, would shift control to the Moustache and his offspring.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Nate Hastings Sells Soul To Be CEO

Nate’s revenge plan is three-fold, as he admitted to Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy). He wants to stand up Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), prove himself to Victoria through the intel he is offering and gain power to do more in the future.

This is not the Nate viewers have generally known. What happened with Elena in the recent past was likely digested as a matter of the heart.

While it was wrong for him to pursue Elena while she was with Devon, they were not married or even engaged. Plus, Elena let her head be turned. That implied she was not deeply in love with Devon.

Y&R Spoilers – Lily Winters Is Jill Abbott Atkinson’s Choice

Jill’s judgment is off when it comes to Lily. While Khalil’s character entered her Chancellor Industries position with a business background, she had no high-level experience. Devon did.

Devon’s instinct about Nate was based on what happened with Elena. But James’ character also accurately assessed that Nate’s ego was causing him to act recklessly because of his complete lack of corporate experience.

Lily bought Nate’s emotional apology. His act fooled her and appeared to impress Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). But Nate remains rightfully guarded.

Thhe Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victoria Winters Delivers?

Would Victoria allow someone as inexperienced as Nate to become the head of what would be a major division of Newman Enterprises, assuming that controlling interest in CW is obtained? That seems a bit far-fetched.

Plus, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be brought into the loop if this transaction begins to play out. He wants seasoned executives in place, as his stance on Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) proves.

But Victor does like Nate, with Dominic’s character serving as the Newman family’s concierge physician in the recent past. So, Nate might emerge the winner if his plan to betray his cousin’s trust happens on Y&R.
