The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Naya Disappears, Sutton Or Victor Responsible?

The Young and The Restless spoilers tease that Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey) will disappear from Genoa City after being released from the Genoa City Jail, after having turned herself in for the murder of Richard Nealon (uncast character). The question on viewers of The Young and The Restless’ minds is whether Sutton Ames (Jack Landron) or Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) might be responsible!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Amanda Sinclair Went From Defending Her Grandfather To Defending Her Mother

Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that when this all started, Naya Benedict, Amanda Sinclair’s (Mishael Morgan) birth mother had wanted Amanda to defend and clear her father, Sutton Ames of murder charges related to the automobile accident death of Richard Nealon. Richard was Amanda’s birth father and Amanda had discovered in her investigations that Richard had reached out to Naya several times and that he had been looking for her and her twin Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan) or possibly both of them.

It was revealed on The Young and The Restless that Richard wanted to raise his twin daughters himself. After Amanda confronted her mother with her findings, Naya confessed to causing the death and went to jail. Amanda still believed Sutton was responsible and took on defending her mother who she believed was scapegoated by Sutton. Amanda had been able to arrange bail for Naya. This week, a panicked Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) will rush in to tell Amanda, who is in her suite at the Grand Phoenix with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) that Naya has disappeared after being released from the jail!

There is the presumption that Naya escaped, breaking her bail, and is on the lam, which of course will guarantee a guilty verdict and charges of being a fugitive! But there could be another explanation; earlier, Amanda had requested the help of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Victor had assured Amanda he would help her, but in a recent episode, viewers saw Victor reach out to Sutton, telling him he understood that he had quite the problem with Amanda!

Y&R Spoilers – Who Might Have Helped Naya Benedict Disappear?

Now the question on the minds of viewers of The Young and The Restless is, who might have helped Naya disappear? Without a defendant, the plan that she and Victor had formulated to force Sutton into a confession would no longer work! Victor is pretty crafty, but could it be that Sutton is even craftier than Victor?

Perhaps Sutton was onto Victor even before he even got very far with the plan. On the other hand, Sutton doesn’t have the friendship with District Attorney Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) that Victor does. Viewers of The Young and The Restless may wonder if Sutton is really evil enough to frame his own daughter, with her cooperation, and then do away with her permanently, or if Victor brought Michael into the loop and they have Naya hidden in a safe place.

Perhaps Amanda is in on the plan and everything is working as planned – after all, there is such a thing as witness protection and Naya may have been offered it while in the jail and away from the ears of Sutton and Imani. They may already have everything they need to put Sutton away for the murder, which may actually have been committed by a hit man that he had hired! Time will tell!
