Amanda Sinclair’s (Mishael Morgan) business isn’t done on ‘The Young and the Restless’. Viewers knew that she’ll be staying in town indefinitely. That pleases Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and likely, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) as well.

The good doctor is in trouble, courtesy of his compromised ethics and Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) latest scheme. Helping the ‘Moustache’ to fake his death was seen as necessary, but wasn’t wise.

Genoa City, Wisconsin’s, most eligible bachelor is facing a new chapter in his life as well. Devon made the honorable choice in agreeing to turn his fortune over to Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard). Whether that part of the arc sticks is yet to be determined.

If need be, Nate could work as Victor and Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) concierge medical attendant. Dominic’s character wouldn’t have his license, assuming the medical board strips him of it for misconduct. But that’s probably jumping too far ahead.

Amanda boasts of having never lost a case. She’s in her thirties and likely had been practicing for approximately a decade before she arrived in GC, apparently working for Chance Chancellor (as last played by John Driscoll).

Nate’s choice to employ Amanda is professionally wise, as she’ll offer a strong defense. Personally, the recent dump of Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) means Nate is open to a new romance. Clearly, Y&R is establishing the opportunity for ‘Namanda’ to form in time.

Y&R Spoilers – Demanda Is Clearly Possible

Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) needed to leave town in a rush after receiving a call that her uncle’s, Jett Slade (Gilbert Glenn Brown), health had taken a turn for the worse. The last time that happened Loren Lott’s character, Ana Hamilton, was written out.

Hopefully Elena isn’t leaving as well. It would be intriguing to see what happens as Devon continues his relationship with Sarpy’s character, while also continuing to come into contact with Amanda.

While ‘Delena’ is sound, a storyline that has Amanda learn she’s related to Hilary Hamilton (Morgan’s initial Y&R role) would create the type of opening that would allow Devon to grow close to Miss Sinclair.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Mishael Morgan’s Next Great Role

Morgan’s well-received first run on Y&R lasted for five years. A dynamic written alter ego, her consistently great work, combined with the on-screen chemistry she developed with James, made the comeback offer and her acceptance of it smart on both sides.

It almost seems too easy to assume Amanda is Hilary’s identical twin. But even if that proves out, the intrigue will come in watching Morgan deliver what surely will be another exceptional series of performances. Some actors have the it factor and in her case that’s certainly true.

While ‘Hevon’ is now part of history, repairing Morgan and James feels inevitable. All great soap involves fresh takes. So viewers should expect some twists along the way, which already may be happening.
