From January 17 to 28, Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) is busted. Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) has a new mission. Plus, Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) makes a difficult decision.

Y&R spoilers for the week of January 17 reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has a job for Michael. Intrigued by the offer, Michael goes to get more information from Victor. The job is for Michael to investigate Ashland, especially when it comes to his health claims. Victor was taking a “wait and see” approach.

However, the time has come for Victor to take drastic action to protect his legacy. Victor has never trusted Ashland, but doesn’t want to alienate Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) until he can prove it. Victor won’t be the only one that comes across information, though. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) catches Ashland in a compromising position, so his secret is about to be exposed.

Speaking of Ashland, expect Victoria and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to intensify their war. Even though Victoria gets the upper hand, Adam isn’t out yet! Adam and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) join forces! As for Adam’s personal life, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) thinks about her future. Then, she plots an attack on Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).

Y&R Spoilers – Custody Decision

Abby is still reeling over Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) pursuing custody of Dominic Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (River and Rainn Ware). However, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) is more understanding, especially after he gets some insight from Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan).

Abby will talk about the matter with Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell). Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) also gets involved. Mariah will strategize with Devon, but it might not be to get custody. Mariah might be the unexpected person to play peacemaker between Devon and “Chabby.” Eventually, Abby will make a difficult decision, which could mean a compromise with Devon.

      I would love to see some real emotional acting and drama from Adam and Billy. I'd like for a real heart to heart from these two like asults. I want to see Adam break down and explain how much he regrets Delia's accident and his fear for Connors sight which lead him to cowardly cover up his accident, but it was an accident, he didn't see her, only a dog run off which is why he thought that was everything was ok. I'd like to see Billy finally own his irresponsible part in her death too and for these two guys to finally heal. Perhaps go together to her memorial and for Delia to send a sign of approval. These two guys need to heal and fans need more drama than just Victoria and Victors family backstabbing.

      I truly don’t believe that Adam didn’t kill Delia. I think it was someone else. That would be a good storyline for these writers. Instead of the do over crap they keep shoving down our throats!!!

      It needs to come out that Adam didn't hit Delia ;ut Nicki and Victor covered it up. Adam and Sally need to become a power couple.Adam should take control of Newman and strip Victoria of her power. Victor and Nicki need to go on around the world permanent vacation. Adam should be running Newman enterprise. It should never have been Victoria. As for Chelsea she should be permanently committed.

      Abby should not have used Devon as a donor. She should have used an unknown person through an agency. This is all on her choices.

      I agree with Dg. I do not believe that Adam hit Delia. It could have been Nicki because of the classical music that was playing on the radio. She didn't stop because her music was too loud and she was drinking. If the writers need help with a conclusion here is one. Let it be Ashland Locke who is really using Bobby Franco's name. He could have been in town visiting Camilla Rose and was drinking and driving. His story could easily be changed from a man that ran into a tree with the car that burned with a body inside of it. Let Ashland Locke, who is really Bobby Franco, be the one that hit Delia. We truly need an end to Billy and Adam's feud. I am so sick of it. Billy is no saint and Victoria needs to be brought down off her high horse. It's time to put this feud to rest forever.

      That's a great way to go with this story! It also doesn't take from Adam and Billy clearing the air though, because Adam does currently think he had mistakenly hit Delia. And I totally agree with you, us fans do deserve much more effort than rehashed stories we have seen over and over again and the same old backstabbing. I appreciate your response, than you.
