If Billy and his mom Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) mend fences, Sally will be rolling in clover. As such, it could be time for Billy and Sally to talk about their future.

Will these two decide that a formal proposal and engagement are in order? It wasn’t that long ago that they ended things!
