They both want answers regarding Ashland Locke’s (Richard Burgi) real intentions. However, Nick knows that they have very different agendas. The alliance may sour, though. It is confirmed that Billy is one step ahead, which troubles Nick.

Y&R spoilers reveal that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) suspects Billy is keeping a secret from her. Lily calls him out on it while they are in the office. When he plays dumb, Lily explains that she has a sixth sense about his secret-keeping and her instincts are telling her that he’s hiding something. Lily demands to know what it is, which most likely has to do with Ashland and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).

Will Billy tell his partner the truth or keep it to himself? Plus, how will Lily feel about Billy getting involved in Victoria’s personal business yet again?

Y&R Spoilers – Nick Newman’s Agreement

Last week, fans saw Nick and Billy exchange a few words. Even though they are not friends, the two men will join forces to investigate Ashland. Billy is suspicious that Ashland is hiding his real intentions with Victoria. However, he also wants a leg up where ChancComm is concerned. Meanwhile, Nick’s interest in Ashland is to protect his sister. Nick doesn’t believe for a second that Ashland really loves Victoria.

The Young And The Restless – Same Goal But For Different Reasons

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that co-executive producer and head writer Josh Griffith opened up about the storyline. Griffith told Soap Opera Digest, “Billy’s concerns about Victoria and Ashland’s relationship now resonate with Nick. While Nick knows that Billy would not intentionally hurt Victoria, Nick senses that Billy would love nothing more than to take down Ashland should something unsavory emerge about his past, as it would benefit ChancComm.”

It sounds like the alliance is going to go south, though. Griffith teased that Nick thinks he will have the upper hand in exposing Ashland. After all, Nick did go to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to talk about his concerns about the engagement. However, it is hinted that Billy might be the one to come up with information.

“… Nick knows they have very different agendas. Nick will take matters into his own hands as he looks into Ashland’s past. However, it may be harder than he thought to stay one step ahead of Billy.”
