The Young and the Restless spoilers show that there’s nothing fans want more than to see Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) reunite with his former flame, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). This has been a long-awaited reunion and we may be closer than we think. While Nick is still reeling from the guilt of accidentally killing Ashland, he will be looking for a “shoulder to cry on” and that shoulder is Sharon’s.

Well, it may be coming true sooner than we think. While for a while it’s just been a pipe dream because they’ve been with other people, Nick opening up to Sharon may have put it on the burner a little hotter than we thought. After seeing their conversation about Locke the other day, viewers have high hopes that it might be the beginning of them rekindling their relationship.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Will They Reblossom Their Romance?

We’ve been waiting for them to get back together for years, and they’ve always found a safe place to talk to each other even when they weren’t together. We just saw this when Nick opened up about Ashland Locke’s (Robert Newman) death and his guilt for causing it.

Even though Sharon is a ‘therapist’ (at least she claims to be), it felt like she turned that part of her mind off when she was talking to Nick and just listened to what he had to say as a friend. While this could mean nothing, we can’t see how the writers could let this go to waste.

While they may see nothing wrong with it and would want to give it another chance, what would Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster), Noah Newman (Rory Gibson), and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) have to say about it? They may or may not like the idea of them getting back together.

At least they may have some questions. It does feel like they are destined to be together though, and were star-crossed lovers from the beginning. It’s only a matter of time as it was for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). Nick and Sharon will ultimately end up together one way or another so why put off the inevitable anymore?
