The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victoria Newman Wants Who She Wants
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) refused to listen to his sister when she ordered him to stop digging up information on the man she wants to marry. He just wants to protect her and when his investigation manages to hit paydirt, he thinks he finally has a way for his sister to see the truth — that she shouldn’t marry a man with so many secrets.
To that end, Nick wants to confront Ashland (Richard Burgi) first and talk things out and he’s pleased when Ashland agrees to meet him. However, he thinks they’re going to be alone but Ashland pulls a fast one and brings Victoria (Amelia Heinle) with him to Crimson Lights.

Nick tells Ashland he wants to speak to him without Victoria there and that it’s probably best to have the least amount of confrontation. But he refuses. Ashland tells Nick that whatever he has to say, Victoria can hear so Nick goes right into it and tells Ashland he dug up the name Bobbie De Franco, someone who allegedly died in a car crash decades ago. Nick wants to know who this man is and Ashland has to confess that it’s him.

Ashland goes in not even knowing what Nick had on him and when he hears his real name he’s shaken up, but realizes he is on the spot and has to admit the truth. That’s when Victoria goes off — on Nick. She can’t believe he refused to leave well enough alone. She already said she didn’t need to know Ashland’s real name — that she is going to marry him no matter what.
Despite her bravado with Nick, does Victoria start to have nagging doubts about this man she is determined to marry no matter what. Victoria loves the idea of marriage and is usually ready to jump into it with anyone, but should her next anyone be a man with so many secrets that there’s bound to be more?
