The Young And The Restless: Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow)The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) had no reason to attack his father and treat Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) shabbily. He did both, leaving Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) confused and Phyllis upset.

Nick made peace with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) but now seems to dislike that their dad has invited his younger brother into the clan’s perceived inner circle. Hardcore fans know that history is repeating, as Nick and Victoria Newman Locke’s (Amelia Heinle) sibling rivalry flared on numerous occasions through the years.

As for Phyllis, all was going well. Nick tried telling his two-time wife, mother of his oldest daughter, and current significant other that he was dealing with renewed family issues. She tried to be patient, but that strategy did not help Phick to avoid confrontation.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman Did Nothing Wrong

The head of the Newman family has wronged his children through the years. In his mind, Victor was always trying to help them. But this time, he has done nothing wrong to Nick.

Nick is allowing past instances of heartache to impact his psyche. But Morrow’s character seemingly forgot about the terrible time in the relatively recent past when he attacked Victor while he was ill.

Who knows how long the Moustache has to live. Nick should not be antagonistic to his dad at this stage of Victor’s life.

YSpoilers – Phyllis Summers Has Been Loving And Loyal

Nick has a history of relationship breaks. While that is true of many characters in Genoa City, Wisconsin, Nick’s backstory is specific.

It feels as though Nick wants to retain a casual relationship with Phyllis that is based on the intensity of their connection. He does care about her but is hesitant to commit.

Phyllis has been sending signals that imply she wants to formalize this edition of their relationship. It could be that Nick’s family issues are merely bleeding into his personal life and that all is not in danger. But that is a hopeful Phick wish.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Nick Newman Walks To A Crossroads

Nick told his dad that he was not angry but exhausted. That was a revealing tell because it suggested an extended falling out with Victor, rather than a misunderstanding that can be hashed out.

Phyllis wants to be with Nick indefinitely. She has not told him that directly and may not want to get remarried. However, they are not on the same relationship page and do not look to be any time soon.
