When Nick learns from Summer that Christine plans to file charges against her, he rages. He didn’t know Phyllis faked her death to frame Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). Nick thinks it’s time for Phyllis to do the right thing and put Summer first.
Summer reveals that her marriage to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is in serious trouble. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Summer explains that Kyle cannot move past her lying about Phyllis and hiding her whereabouts. While Nick understands Kyle’s reaction, he hopes they can move past it and find their way back to each other.

While Phyllis is on the run, it looks like she will catch up with Nick. Y&R spoilers say that Nick doesn’t hold back. He just talked to Summer, who told him she’s on the verge of having a legal battle on her hands for protecting Phyllis. He is in disbelief that Phyllis faked her death. It’s the one thing he never expected his ex-wife to do.
Nick doesn’t hold back. All the stress he’s under comes crashing down. He lashes out at Phyllis for putting Summer in this horrible situation, blaming her for Kyle and Summer’s marriage trouble.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick will feel guilty for being so hard on Phyllis. He is on edge after almost losing Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) to Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby). If that’s not enough trauma, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) lost her baby. He is understandably livid that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) forced him into taking a leave of absence.
