The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers and updates tease Nick Newman needs to get away to take a break from all that is on his mind. Perhaps when he returns to Genoa City he may have a different perspective because his problems will be waiting for him.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Nick Newman Leaves It All Behind
Wednesday on Y&R, Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow) made the decision to get away from all that is causing him drama. He and Phyllis Newman (Michelle Stafford) are no longer seeing eye to eye and when he complains about his family, and she agrees, he gets angry.
Nick is frustrated that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is furious with him and that she married Ashland Locke despite his past indiscretions. Nick is also troubled that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) kept him out of the loop regarding Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones).
Y&R Spoilers – London Could Be Revealing
Nick was in Milan but did not attend the wedding or the reception. Once it was all over he did not go home to Genoa City. Nick instead chooses to fly to London with Noah Newman (Robert Gibson). He also made his plans without first informing Phyllis. He showed up with bags already packed and he halfheartedly invited her along, but she refused.
According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, Nick feels that Noah is the only loved one he can be around right now so he is going with him to England. Perhaps he will be able to think more clearly when he is on another continent but his problems will be waiting when he returns home.

Phyllis and Jack Abbott (Peter Bregman) are spending a lot of time together and growing closer and deep down Nick knows this. When he returns to Genoa City he will have to confront this situation head-on, eventually. He also knows there is nothing he can do regarding his father and sister except allow them to come around in time.

Y&R Spoilers – A New Love Could Be Waiting
Nick might decide to go his separate way from Phyllis and a new love could be waiting for him. Spoilers tease that he might go back to familiar territory by getting involved with either Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) or Chelsea Lawson, (Melissa Claire Egan). Whatever his future holds he must return from London and deal with the issues waiting for him in Genoa City.

I can not blame Nick for getting away. Noah will try to help his dad. Phyllis is just a wreck waiting to happen. Hope he has finally found her out. She wants Nick and Jack both. I say let her go. Please do not go back to Chelsa she is the same way as Phyllis. She will have Nick and Adam fighting. He needs to see who he can really be happy with.{Sharon} Do not let her get away again, she loves you and always will. Rey needs to go, that way he will not be on Sharon all the time. Sharon needs to go to London and rescus Nick. With Noah helping I hope it will work. Nikki needs to tell Sharon about Nick and see if she will go find him. I am sure she will, would be a good chance for them to come back together. Be the loving family they use to be. I am rooting for Nick and Sharon. Adam with Sally and Jack with Phyllis. Let Nick see now he made a big mistake by letting Sharon go. Pushing her on Rey does not set well with me. Hope they will come together again.
It kills me that not once is Christian mentioned. These people supposedly fly off to Europe and live the life and get caught up in all these dramas. They should be devoting their time and energy to children and home and employment. If they did, all the petty foolish things would fall away, or blow up to be dealt with. But worrying and overthinking about could haves and should haves is pretty pointless. So very much a soap opera. How about some real life stuff?????

I agree with you, its so annoying how the writers don't stay on track with the characters history. When he fought Adam for the boy he was a doting dad. Now he's forever in Phyllis's bed at her horrid hotel and Christian is I guess left with some babysitter!!
