Morrow’s character spoke in-depth with various people. In effect, he feels that Victoria has endured too much relationship pain in her life. Billy openly admits that he has been the cause of most of it.
However, Victoria, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) are all okay with Vashland. So, why does Nick believe that he has insight into a future that others are unable to see?

Y7r Spoilers – Projecting His Uncertainties In Italy
Nick has doubts about Phick. That last sentence represents a plausible reason why he took such a strong stance leading up to Victoria’s wedding. His behavior at the palazzo was disrespectful as well.
The reveal seemed to appear when Nick began shrugging Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) off. As viewers recall, Phick had trouble recently. That happened because of Nick’s growing uncertainty about what the latest version of this couple represents.
Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) stunning expression of love to Phyllis triggered something profound in Nick. It undercut the momentum of Phick and possibly signaled its downward spiral.

Phyllis cares for Jack. But she loves Nick.
Morrow’s character apparently does not trust Phyllis. That feeling dates back to their breakup when the character was played by Gina Tognoni (Phyllis).
Fans of Phick are right to be concerned. Summer Newman Abbott (Hunter King) is not aware of her parents’ latest troubles. She assumed, like Phyllis wants to, that Nick is put off by Victoria’s decision to ignore his advice.
Phyllis did not want to be at the Vashland wedding but did so because of Nick. She did not want to attend the ceremony alone but did so because of Nick’s behavior.
The building drama will be directly addressed in Genoa City, Wisconsin. But Phick’s foundation is cracking and may not be repairable on Y&R.

I hope Victoria will give Sally a chance, she loved the dress. Maybe she will invest in Sally and Chloe fashion design, Show Phyllis she had a chance to invest but blew it. I guess she knows now she is not the center -of-attention. I sure hope Nick is waking up to Phyllis, that sex is not the only thing he wants, like he said he can not trust her, since he found out about Jack. Move on Nick go to the one that truly loves you and needs you. Remember you helping Sharon close up shop, you should have went back to her that nite, she was waiting.
Nicks story regarding Victoria is ridiculous. It's one of these stupid stories which doesn't make sense because the writer hasn't bothered to look at the characters history! Nick and Phyllis getting all bent out of shape because of Aslands past. Nick didn't have a problem with Chelsea and her past history of swindling numerous people out of the life savings and retirement money. In comparison Ashland didn't rob a person leaving them to struggle for the rest of their lives financially. And self-righteous Phyllis had Nicks family face a potential life in prison on murder charges to save her skin. Writers do fans a favor and don't insult us throwing a story out there for the sake of it. Again making characters so stupid they can't see their own faults because of these silly stories.
And what was all the hype about Victoria's wedding dress, I thought it looked like a funeral shroud. Perhaps she thought it could do double duty by wrapping Ashland in it when he pops his cloggs.
