The Young and The Restless spoilers tease that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will explode at Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) in an upcoming episode of Y & R!
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Nikki Newman Is Incensed
Nikki is incensed when she sees Diane at Crimson Lights after walking into the coffeehouse, mistakenly thinking that she was long gone and left Genoa City! Nikki has just left a very tense situation where she got into an argument with Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) who was also supposed to be gone, and she’s in no mood! Diane doesn’t even have to try and push Nikki’s buttons because just seeing her made her buttons push themselves automatically, and Nikki can’t stand the sight of her!
Nikki cannot believe that Diane has the unmitigated gall to stay in town and think anyone is going to believe she’s changed. Like most everyone in Genoa City, Nikki isn’t buying what Diane is selling about being a changed person and just wanting to make amends!
Y & R Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Is A Reminder Of Nikki Newman’s Own Troubled Past
Diane is a reminder to Nikki Newman of her own troubled past on The Young and the Restless, the days when she had drinking problems and had been accused of running Diane over. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and she were on one of their marriage breaks at the time and married to other people, and he’d taken the hit and done the time. Finally she was exonerated but it was a long tough road getting there, with lots of twists and turns and it’s a time of her life she’d rather forget. But here is Diane, a constant reminder of all that trouble that she and Victor both went through together, not to mention the pain she caused her little boy.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Only Cares About Kyle Abbott’s Opinion
As for Diane, she claims to Nikki that the only opinion she cares about is her son Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor), and Diane’s calm demeanor only infuriates Nikki more! Nikki starts getting pretty loud with her chastisements and pronouncements of Diane’s duplicity, and pretty soon other people in the coffeehouse take notice! But that doesn’t bother Nikki – she is too wound up in her own memories of the pain and suffering she went through because of Diane’s faking her own death!
According to Y&R spoilers, Nikki doesn’t care that she’s making a public scene, and accuses Diane of coming after Kyle for the Abbott money, and calls her a professional golddigger! Nikki has always been one to know any opponent and she knows she’s hit Diane where it hurts and hit the nail on the head!

Y & R Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Loses It And The Two Get In A Catfight
At that point Diane loses it, and the Diane that Nikki knew was still “in there” comes out with a vengeance! She hauls off and slaps Nikki across the face, and Nikki returns fire, and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) comes across the two. Victoria gets in between the two and separates the two snarling “cats” from each other even though she’s shocked to see Diane! Victoria is one of the few in town who doesn’t know about Diane’s “return from the dead” and she manages to get her mother out of the coffeehouse unharmed! Nikki knows she needs to work very quickly to get Diane out of town and her family’s life once and for all!
