Victor Newman Expects Too Much
Victor believes he can order his family who they can date and who they can spend their time with. Victor has always wanted to pick who his family dates, who they marry etc.
Right now, Claire Newman (Haley Erin) is the one on Victor’s list. Can Victor manage to break these two up thanks to Nikki’s meddling?
Nikki makes excuses for Victor even when she doesn’t agree with him. Nikki believes that Victor truly believes he is doing what is best because he seems to lead everyone around by the nose.
Why can Nikki not be happy that someone is willing to stand up to victor after what she has seen him do to their children? Should Victor be paying more attention to his marriage than everyone else’s love life?
Claire Newman Deserve Better

Claire has be deprived of material things for her entire life. Claire was also deprived of her parents thanks to her Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) as well.
Now Victor is trying to be just like Jordan and expects Claire to bend to his will. Claire has been controlled long enough and she is going to rebel. Victor should know this and back off.
Nikki should be more sensitive to her granddaughter than this? Does Nikki not realize that Victor’s controlling behavior is no better than Jordan’s?
Claire wants to be free to love who she loves and to be happy with who she wants to be with. Victor is not allowing Claire to do that. Claire wants to be treated like an adult.
Nikki Newman Doesn’t Bent To Victor Newman’s Every Whim

There is one person that Nikki always defends to Victor which infuriates him. Victor hates Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) but Nikki is constantly pleading his case which make her Just as rebellious.
Unfortuntely, this also makes Victor go after Jack more and more. How can Nikki defend Victor’s actions when he constantly wants to hurt someone she cares about.
If Nikki can defend Jack to Victor, why is Claire not allowed to do the same? Claire doesn’t want to be under Victor’s control is no different that anyone else and he continues to push for control of all of his family members.
Victor is not better than anyone else and needs too mind his own business and leave Claire’s relationship a long.
