Y&R spoilers reveal that many actors are used with child characters in soaps. It’s not uncommon for one character to have several actors before they become adults. Noah is no exception and the character has once again be recast. As confirmed by TV Insider, Gibson will be taking over for Robert Adamson, who last appeared as Noah in September 2020. Other actors who have played Noah in the past include Hunter Allan, Kevin Schmidt and Luke Kleintank.

Although the actor goes by Rory, he is also known as Roderick Gibson. The Y&R newcomer’s acting career began in 2018 when he was cast in “A Night to Regret.” After that, Gibson appeared in “Grace,” “Twisted Twin,” “Severed Road,” “Watch Jessica Die” and “Breathe.”

When Will Actor Take Over Role?

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Gibson is expected to make his first appearance as Noah in late fall 2021. As his debut gets closer, more details and a specific date will be announced.

Noah is not the only child of Nick and Sharon’s to be recast. Recently, Alyvia Alyn Lind left the CBS soap. Her character, Faith Newman, is now being played by Reylynn Caster. Other recasts in the soap include Chance Chancellor, who has been played by both Donny Boaz and Justin Gaston. Peter Bergman took over for Terry Lester as Jack Abbott. Nate Hastings is played by Sean Dominic. However, before he came on board, the character was portrayed by Brooks Darnell and Walter Fauntleroy.

Of course, fans can’t forget about Adam Newman. The character is currently played by Mark Grossman, who took over for Justin Harley. Even Sharon Rosales has been recast. Before Sharon Case was cast, the character was played by Monica Potter and Heidi Mark.
