The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) tensions will ramp up again. At Noah Newman’s (Rory Gibson) new nightclub space in The Grand Phoenix, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will find herself breaking up a fight.

Viewers will remember that when Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) went to work for Marchetti as part of her plot against Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) she sold her hotel. Lily bought the Grand Phoenix and agreed to let Noah put his new nightclub there, which will be opening up soon. Noah decorated the club inspired by the décor he set up at Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter’s (Cait Fairbanks) wedding.

Noah’s goal for the club is to make it into a must-see spot that will generate some real brisk business. But there could be something down the road that causes negativity, which is the last thing either Noah or Lily want.

Y & R Spoilers – Trouble, Right There In Genoa City

Anytime you put Adam and Billy in a room together there’s going to be trouble anyway, and it stems back for many years. It’s for the same reason Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) has such a hatred of Adam; years ago, Adam accidentally ran over and killed their daughter Delia Abbott (Sophie Pollono). Since Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) needed a cornea transplant and Delia’s were donated, it would have been easy for them to jump to the conclusion he ran her down on purpose. Christel Khalil recently put up a photo of herself on the nightclub set with Jason Thompson and Mark Grossman sitting on a sofa. Christel joked that the gloves came off with those two, obviously alluding to the characters but it was a pretty good indication there’ll be some fight scenes ahead.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – What’s The Fight About?

It doesn’t even have to be anything serious to bring Billy and Adam to blows, since there is so much built up rage in Billy still over Delia’s death. He even lost it a few years ago and hallucinated her ghost in the house and tried to run down Adam in the same spot Delia was killed. Of course, Christel’s remark about the gloves coming off may indeed have been a joke referring to the characters and their long history of dysfunction.

There could be many reasons for a fight to start between Adam and Billy. But since they both have children from past relationships with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) she could be the fuse that lights the fire this time.
