The Young and the Restless  spoilers and updates suggest that Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) might not be as reformed as she claims.

Patty has a notorious past filled with erratic behavior and has shown she’s ready to embrace her chaotic side by getting involved in all that yacht drama.

Patty’s Freedom May Not Last Forever

Even though Patty has managed to recover enough to be released from her psychiatric facility, it doesn’t guarantee her freedom will last.

There’s a strong possibility that Patty will eventually spiral out of control again and end up back behind bars. Nevertheless, we know Patty will make her way back to Genoa City to cause more chaos first.

After having a taste of Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), she’ll be determined to orchestrate a genuine reunion. While Jack is desperately trying to mend his marriage, Patty will be equally determined to undermine it.

Patty Won’t Want Jack And Diane To Reconcile

Patty is definitely not going to want Jack to mend his relationship with Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) and will go to great lengths to stop that from happening.

There’s a chance Patty might even consider bringing about Diane’s end, but that would put her freedom at risk and could alienate Jack if she were to be discovered. It would be wiser for Patty to pursue other plans to keep Diane and Jack apart.

Naturally, Diane has her own share of blunders, which will also play a role in this situation. Given Diane’s troubled past and the fact that Jack was under the influence, she might ultimately come to the conclusion that she can forgive him.

Diane Could Forgive Jack, While Patty May Become More Dangerous-Will She Shoot Him Again?

Even though Diane didn’t give Jack a break regarding his ecstasy excuse in the March 17 episode, she could eventually warm up to him and recognize that it wasn’t entirely his fault.

At some point, Patty may come to the realization that Diane is Jack’s one true love and that nothing can separate them for good. If Patty has to come to terms with that, she could become more dangerous than ever!

Patty might revert to her vengeful mindset concerning Jack-longtime fans remember that Patty has shot Jack multiple times, so it’s possible she could take aim at him again in the future.

Will that lead to Patty being confined once more in a psychiatric facility, will she jeopardize Jack’s life as she has done in the past?
