Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) is peeping in at her through the French doors. Victoria threatens to call the police, but Ashland stops her. Ashland says that he has nothing left to lose, which implies Victoria’s in danger.

Victor Newman Sets Trap

Y&R spoilers reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) went to see Ashland in jail. The two exchanged insults and threats. Victor predicted that Ashland might get out soon but he would land himself in the big house permanently one day. Ashland responded by threatening to make Victor feel loss, which was a threat to Victoria.

Even though Victor grabbed Ashland by the shirt collar, it is clear this is a setup. After all, Ashland won’t be gone until he’s in prison for life or if he dies.

Y&R Spoilers: Victoria Newman Unconcerned

The other clue that this is a setup is what Joshua Morrow (Nick Newman) told Soap Opera Digest. Speaking about Victoria being unconcerned about Ashland, Morrow teased,

“On the surface, it seems like Victoria doesn’t seem to think there’s a threat, which really bugs and concerns Nick. From day one, Nick never trusted this guy, even before all of his lies came out. To Nick’s dismay, Victoria doesn’t give Ashland a second thought, as far as what he’s capable of.”

Perhaps there is a reason why Victoria is so unconcerned. Maybe Victor and Victoria have a plan to get rid of Ashland for good and that’s why there’s no concern.

If Victor and Victoria are setting Ashland up, then there are henchmen or security guards nearby. However, anything can go wrong. While Victoria is dealing with Ashland, Nick stops by but nobody answers the door.

Nick gets a really bad feeling, especially when he notices that the lights are on. This has Nick sneaking into the back door of Victoria’s house but what will he find? Could Nick discover Ashland’s dead body and if so, what does this mean for Victoria’s future? We will have to keep watching the CBS soap to see what happens next.
