The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will blackmail Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) in order to keep her job at the Grand Phoenix.
Earlier this week, Chance decided to take a look at the hotel’s security system. He discovered the system had been wiped clean and someone has backdoor access. Upon learning of Chance’s discovery, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) realized Phyllis was responsible since she’s the head of security.
A furious Abby fired Phyllis, but Miss Summers didn’t take the news lying down. She warned Abby that she would regret this and we all know Phyllis will get her way.
Abby has Chance to back up her claims about the security system, however odds are Phyllis will get to Chance and convince him to take her side in the matter.
Phyllis has the upper hand on Chance because she knows he and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) were involved in some type of business in Las Vegas. Chance doesn’t want the secret getting out, but it may if Phyllis doesn’t get what she wants.

Chance is going to be in quite the dilemma. He’s developed feelings for Abby and it looks like the two are headed towards a romantic relationship. He doesn’t want to do anything to hurt her, yet he may have to.
If Chance’s secret about Vegas is revealed it could lead to the end of his career and cause all sorts of trouble.
In order to keep his secret in the dark, Chance will have no choice but to work with Phyllis. By helping her, his secret will stay hidden a little while longer. Yet, his alliance to Miss Summers will jeopardize his relationship with Abby.
Abby isn’t going to be happy with Chance taking Phyllis’ side, and she’ll want answers about why Chance decided to help Phyllis. The question is will she discover his secret.

The situation with the security system is going to test Abby’s budding romance with Chance along with her business partnership with Phyllis.
No matter what happens, Abby’s going to end up disappointed.
