The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that Aristotle Dumas’s cryptic message during the Friday, May 31 show was handing out invites to a fancy France shindig, and all of GC’s elite were asked to come.

With that said, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will likely get an invitation, too, so could she propose that Nick be her plus-one?

Phyllis Summers’ Intriguing Offer To Nick Newman

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, June 4 hint that Phyllis will have an intriguing offer for her ex. Could she ask him to be her plus-one for the big event?

What if Nick gets an invitation and she doesn’t; will she beg him to take her? Either way, Phyllis will be desperate to go and desperate to have someone who has her back there with her.

She may even suggest that the two have their own family European vacation! They could go to Dumas’s party in France and then visit Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) in Italy, afterward.

The Sharon Newman Factor

With that said, how bad would this rub Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) the wrong way? She loved the family vacation she and Nick had with Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) and Christian Newman (Alex Wilson), when they all went to see Noah Newman (last played by Rory Gibson) in Europe.

The very fact that Nick’s “other ex” will get the same treatment will certainly cause some jealousy. Sharon does have feelings for Nick, which Nick is trying to keep at bay.

After all, they need to stay friends as this is the best situation for both of them. If the two were to try becoming romantic again, and things failed, this wouldn’t be good for anyone.

With that said, Sharon is having a hard time hiding her jealousy when it comes to Phyllis and Nick’s bond, so how would she react if she found out that Nick was going away with Phyllis, too?

Unlike their vacation, Nick would be alone with Phyllis most of the time, so there would be more of an opportunity for the two to possibly engage in some ‘romantic’ moments.
