O’Briant is a solid child actor who has fit nicely into the cast. Lucy’s return deepens Daniel’s backstory and allows for many possibilities in the future, including the potential for Lucy’s mother to return. Daisy Carter Romalotti (Yvonne Zima) is Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) child.

Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) was targeted for takedown by Phyllis, who felt Jeremy’s unexpected early release from prison presented an opportunity. She sicked Jeremy on Diane, but he eventually convinced Phyllis to help him.
The resulting murder hoax worked but led Phyllis to regret her actions. Jeremy tried to kill her when she decided to reveal what happened. But Phyllis acted in self-defense, which led to Jeremy’s death and her newest daytime dilemma.

Summer wants her mother to resolve the problems she created. But Lanier’s character realizes that Phyllis is alone and scared.
Recent conversations with Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) were dangerous. Summer is an accomplice in not revealing her mother’s existence to Chance, who is teased to be taken off the case by GC’s District Attorney, Christine Blair Williams (Lauralee Bell).
Phyllis previously told Summer she can never return to town. However, Stafford’s main character seems highly unlikely to leave forever or be in jail for many years. So, fans await a believable resolution on Y&R.
