The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) had a long list of crimes for her fake death scheme. Phyllis lucked out with the judge and got probation as well as repaying the insurance company for the life insurance payout.

Y&R spoilers reveal that Phyllis was vulnerable and desperate when she was coerced by Jeremy Stark (James Hyde).

Phyllis ended up working with Jeremy to fake her death and frame Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) for the crime.

However, the situation spiraled out of control. When Jeremy threatened Phyllis’ life, she acted in self-defense. Then, Phyllis played games while remaining on the run, even after people knew she was alive.

Eventually, Phyllis told Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) that she wanted to meet with the judge before the trial began.

That is when Phyllis went against legal advice and confessed, then begged the judge for leniency. Even Phyllis was surprised at the outcome.

Heather and Phyllis were both stunned by the judge’s decision. Phyllis was ordered to be on probation and to repay the insurance company back $2 million.

While Phyllis was grateful, she was also seen celebrating. People mistook Phyllis’ celebration for partying, which didn’t help her “I’ve learned my lesson” cause.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Tucker McCall’s Shady Scheme

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) went to Phyllis to lure her into a scheme.

This scheme framed Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) for embezzling from Jabot. While the scheme backfired, people are already suspicious of Phyllis being seen with Tucker.

Plus, Tucker followed Phyllis downstairs after framing Billy. At the time, Phyllis and Billy were chatting, so it did not take long for the Abbott family to connect the dots.

    Put Phyllis in jail ,why should she get away with murder.phyllis is getting and causing trouble really don’t know why she is on the show.

    if Phyllis goes to jail the rating for the show will surely go down. Want Trucker to go to jail for all the crimes he done. Can not wait Until someone realize there is a microphone in the present that Trucker sent to Jack and Diane for a wedding present.

    Phyllis should have been in prison already. I hope her parole is revoked. I don’t know how she talks her way out of a lot of things.
