The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Billy Abbott And Phyllis Summers Talk About Tara Locke

Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) has been looking for some dirt on Tara, and he made nice with her hoping she would take him into her confidence. Billy reached out to her about the video that she herself actually posted online with Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) having breathing problems. Billy told her that they had decided not to publish the video or anything about it on ChancComm. Tara had replied that she was glad that someone had ethics! Tara was happy that Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) is part of such a wonderful family.

Then Billy heads over to The Grand Phoenix and sees Phyllis on her cell phone. She has just gotten back from Italy and has been up for twenty-four hours. She remarks that her coffee is the only thing protecting him from her being rude! Billy is glad he moved out of the hotel! Billy lends Phyllis his ear, and she tells him she was with her daughter and her father in Italy. Billy wants a favor – he wants her to get some information about Tara.

Phyllis assumes he wants to know this because of Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Ashland hooking up, which didn’t surprise Young and Restless viewers either. She halfway is serious as she asks if Billy has a secret baby with her too! Billy says no, but he wants her to use her complete lack of trust of anyone to see what she can find out about Tara. He tells Phyllis that Tara seems to be a good mother, but he doesn’t trust her about anything else.

Y&R Spoilers – Billy Abbott Tells Phyllis Summers About What Summer Newman Requested Of Him

Viewers of The Young and The Restless know Phyllis is exactly the right person for Billy to recruit in his quest to find out what makes Tara tick! Phyllis wonders if Tara is trying to get into Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) pants again, and Billy tells her it’s not about an exposé for ChancComm. They decide to meet in Chancellor Park to continue the conversation. Billy tells her what Summer requested of him before she left for Italy, and that Summer had confided in him that she was having mixed feelings about leaving Kyle, and wanted Billy to look out for him. Phyllis is shocked and even more shocked when he asks for intel on Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Billy explains that he had seen Tara and Sally talking right before Summer’s sudden decision to take this job in Italy.

Phyllis is suspicious as well, and both want to know what Tara has up her sleeve and how much it and possibly Sally’s input had to do with Summer’s decision! Phyllis knows how to deal with this first stage and he tells her to find him when she’s ready. She calls Summer to tell her she’s home safe and she has her back. Phyllis goes over to the Abbott mansion with a gift for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) from Summer. Tara wants to be the one to give it to him and Phyllis tells her she guesses she should have called. Tara doesn’t seem to want any company and has a lot on her mind. She’ll chat a few minutes with Phyllis, however. Tara makes nice and asks after Summer, and Phyllis says she’s great. Tara pretends how much she hates that her presence apparently caused problems between Kyle and Summer, and Phyllis is proud her daughter realized she wasn’t ready to be a stepmother.

Phyllis then makes nice to Tara and gives her an idea. She suggests that Tara should ask Kyle to be the new man in her son’s life and Tara agrees. Tara falls right into Phyllis’ trap as she admits that she is glad things worked out so she, Kyle, and Harrison can be a real family since Ashland and Summer are out of the picture. Phyllis contacts Billy to meet up again, knowing that Tara and Sally must have set that whole thing up to get Summer out of the picture so Tara could worm her way into Kyle’s heart, counting on a quick rebound!

Billy isn’t happy and Phyllis isn’t happy – and Phyllis has the perfect revenge in mind for Tara since she knows that her plot, likely assisted by Sally, worked. Phyllis most likely will work with Billy to have Harrison’s DNA tested against Billy’s. True, it would show a distant relation at the most since Billy is Kyle’s uncle. But if it shows no relation at all, then Kyle isn’t the tot’s father and they will have proof! All they need to do is for Billy to pay a family visit and get Harrison’s toothbrush or some hair from a hairbrush! Then Phyllis will stage a confrontation and make it go viral on social media and Billy will have an excellent exposé!
