Sally’s Been Trying To Change Billy’s Mind About Revenge
So far, Sally has been attempting to dissuade Billy from his fixation on Chancellor and his quest for revenge against Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Nevertheless, Billy’s latest scheme could either improve the situation or complicate it significantly!
In return for assisting Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) in seizing control of the Newman empire, Billy desires Chancellor for himself and Newman Media for Sally.
In the February 10 episode of Y&R, Phyllis reassured Billy that he would obtain both once she successfully hacked the system to change ownership. Phyllis claims that only Victor and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will be left in the lurch.

Nonetheless, we must take into account Sally’s response to the surprising news that’s coming; how will Sally react to Billy’s new partnership with Phyllis and the efforts they’ve made? More crucially, how will Sally respond to the Newman Media gift that Billy plans to present to her if they succeed?
