The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Sally Fumes After Summer Gets New Gig – Teams With Chelsea To Form Competing Fashion Line?

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will soon get her hopes dashed. As Y&R viewers know, Sally recently expressed interest in Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) about Jabot Collective (JCV), which Jabot no longer owns. Jack told Sally that a deal was in process to put JCV under the umbrella of Fenmore’s, and that’s going to send Sally straight to Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) to inquire about heading up the division.

Well, according to Y&R spoilers, Lauren will tell Sally that she’s got someone else in mind to run JCV, and it looks like that person will end up being Summer Newman (Hunter King). That’s probably going to leave Sally feeling frustrated and a little annoyed, since with Sally’s background, she’d be a natural fit to run JCV. Plus, Summer hasn’t been exactly welcoming to Sally (Courtney Hope) from the get-go, so that won’t help matters any.

But since this is Sally that we’re talking about, she’ll probably try to find a way to turn the situation to her advantage. Sally tends to dig in and fight, and she might decide that if she can’t head up JCV, then she’s going to do something bigger and better…and perhaps go toe to toe with Summer and JCV! That could send Sally in a couple of different directions.

One option is that Sally could look to revive Spectra Fashions in Genoa City, albeit on a smaller scale than she enjoyed in Los Angeles. Sally could start to think that Theo Vanderway’s (Tyler Johnson) offer to be eyes and ears over at Jabot might be a good idea if it indeed gets her a piece of Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) estate. Sally could use that money to start up Spectra Fashions again and directly compete with JCV.

YR Spoilers – Will Sally Spectra And Summer Newman Duke It Out?

But there could be a quicker and more straightforward route for Sally to compete with JCV. Sally might learn that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) are looking for a grand persona to take over their fashion brand. Y&R viewers will remember that Chelsea lost funding for her fashion line after the exposé on Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) was published. Chelsea’s now looking to rebrand the line, and it would seem that Sally might be the right gal for the job.

We’ll see what happens here, but Sally and Chelsea working together could be a highly competitive brand, and with the Spectra name attached, the company could be a major player and a direct competitor for Summer and JCV. Sally could get the satisfaction of proving that Summer was a poor choice for the JCV gig – by destroying the competition.
