The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Sharon Case Reveals Truth About Relationship With Michelle Stafford

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers say that while fans are trying to figure out if they are friends, foes, enemies, and so on, Sharon Case (Sharon Newman) says that her relationship with Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers) is nothing like what you see on screen. In fact, one of her fondest memories with Michelle is when the two of them had a crazy time getting into a sprawling fight with a chocolate fountain back in 2010. Here’s what she has to say.

Even though the scene was quite messy, Sharon Case says that she knew both she and Michelle just had one change in order to get the shot right. That’s when the two ladies decided to rehearse the chocolate fight behind the scenes in order for them to get it right.

She told Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, “We really talked about what was happening and went over and over the choreography of the fight. All we could do was go over all the details enough times, then throw caution to the wind and hope for the best. I’m used to doing things where I only have one shot but I remember when we were ready to shoot, Michelle expressed a little nervousness about it and was like ’How are we ever going to get this in one take?”

Needless to say, the two women managed to pull it off so well, that it turned out to be one of the most memorable scenes on the show so much so that fans are still talking about it to this day. However, Sharon does say that there was just one hitch in the sequence. She and Michelle didn’t anticipate all of the chocolate that was on the floor, so the two of them had a hard time getting traction in their catfight.

Sharon recalled “When we were done, we were covered in chocolate and laughing. We walked back to our dressing rooms without touching anything.”
