The Young And The Restless: Sharon Case The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sharon Case (Sharon Newman) has starred on the number one rated daytime drama for decades but her resume has a sparkly credit that some fans may not know about.

While playing Sharon on the Genoa City, Wisconsin based soap opera has been her bread and butter, she also appeared on Beverly Hills, 90210. She recently sat down with 90210 actresses Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling and dished about her days on the show for their podcast 90210MG. Case remembered working with Friends star Matthew Perry on the show, saying, “I always thought that we kissed in that episode and I think I said that to a couple people, and then, when I re-watched it recently to come on the podcast just to refresh my memory, I didn’t see a kissing scene.”

Then again, she suggested that the kissing scene was cut—either way you can’t blame a girl for trying!

Y&R Spoilers  – Sharon Case Is A Daytime Legend

In another episode, Case worked with series star Ian Ziering and she said, “I remember how he came into the hair and makeup trailer, just came banging in, like this is just his house. He just threw the door open, started shouting things, but he was really funny and I was taken aback, but he was really silly like that. He was just really natural and not flirty or not, certainly isn’t quiet.”

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – What Happens Next In Genoa City?

Fans are lucky to have had Case on Y&R all these years. She is a mainstay and a legacy character on The Young and the Restless and not least of all a fan favorite. Right now her daughter Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) is in the hospital after drinking and driving and she recently came through a cancer scare. Sharon just got married, too, and is having to deal with old feelings about her ex Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).

This week The Young and the Restless comings and goings announced that the role of Faith Newman, Sharon’s daughter, has been recast. Alyvia Alyn Lind is leaving to star in a new series and Reylynn Caster has been tapped to take over the role on April 12.

      I love Sharon on Y & R. Her big bipolar melt down happened at a time I was also struggling with the realization I wouldn't be able to have children. My family was overseas and I felt so alone. I really connected with Sharon's story of feeling lost, hopeless and trying to get back to myself. Sharon and her portrayal of that situation helped me. It made aware I wasn't the only person in this world who was suffering. I loved when Adam took the trouble to look deeper at Sharon's situation and get her help. It was well written and fabulously acted by Sharon. I have been a fan ever since. Sharon's story made a real difference to me, it helped me keep my head above water. Thank you Sharon Case.

      I hope Sharon stays on Y&R. She is my favorite actress. She puts her whole body and soul into acting. That is amazing, know matter the role she plays it is on point. The cancer scenes were great, playing scenes with Nikki at the stables{my best scenes} Being with Nick was great, wish it could be like that again,where they could come together and be the great couple they were. A few people need to go and leave these 2 alone. They have the chemistry love the way they look at each other. Maybe someday they will be like Victor and Nikki. Forgot the stuff love scene when Sharon was telling Nikki about her cancer, it was on point. Please stay on Y&R. I am 1 of your best fans.The only thing I do not like is Adam scenes You need to be with Nick. He is my favorite {Sharon and Nick} forever. Love the way they love their kids together. Make them a family again.{Loving}
