Summer is playing it smart. She does not want to tip her hand or get hurt while rebounding from the cruel push her husband recently gave her.

Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) appears to be over Summer. However, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) is in the process of rescinding the boot she gave to Kyle.

Chance was happily married to Abby Newman Abbott (Melissa Ordway). But Abby has a history of being flighty when it comes to relationships.

So, she thought her way out of their marriage and fought to keep it and their family alive while Chance was recovering from the brutal attack on the unit he led during an overseas government assignment.

Abby’s bond with Devon Hamilton Winters (Bryton James) was friendship until both characters decided that their son, Dominic Newman Abbott Winters Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware), reflected a reason for them to couple.

Beyond his personal life, Chance agreed to become Genoa City’s Chief of Police. Sharon was supportive during both major changes in his life and appeared to be his next love.

Sharon recently endured a reprisal she never anticipated and did not welcome. Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) cared about Sharon, but his warped mind twisted his feelings for her and eventually led to a critical standoff.

Chance was hot on Cameron’s trail when he kidnapped Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) and held her in the sewer system under the Newman Ranch. Thankfully, Faith persisted, and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) was involved.

Nick’s quick thinking allowed Sharon to have a weapon with her when Cameron was about to kill. She prevented Faith from dying and her death from occurring.

Chance arrived in time to see what happened and haul the deceased villain away, which further deepened his bond with Sharon.
