Phyllis guessed that Sharon was sick and when she found out she was right, she did something amazing. She reached out to Sharon and the two women had a moment of true friendship.

It was surprising to the characters and it was surprising to fans as well! These two ladies have been enemies for a long time, and Nick is one of the main reasons why.
