What if Summer suggests joining Newman Enterprises or even offering to replace Audra at Glissade? She could propose leaving Marchetti to join Victor’s empire if he agrees to let Audra go.

Given Victor’s strong family-oriented mindset, Summer could persuade him to take action by demonstrating her capabilities and implying she could do a better job than Audra.
