The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Stitch Storyline’s Sad Finale

The Young And The Restless: Ben Stitch Rayburn, (Sean Carrigan)The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) is thankfully located and aided in her delivery. Chabs baby is born, while Abby Newman Abbott Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) are present.

This elongated storyline finally reaches a needed climax, as fans have been watching Abby’s odd tale since the start of February. That’s when Chance Chancellor (as last played by Donny Boaz) was suddenly summoned by the ominous Agency to return to the field to complete some mysterious mission.

Meanwhile, Y&R’s sad storyline, where Ben Stitch Rayburn’s (Sean Carrigan) mental disorder was revealed is reaching some form of conclusion.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Abby Newman Abbott Chancellor’s Bold Decision

Abby made a bold decision. It was also brave to invite Stitch to the Chancellor mansion, where she was alone.

Ordway knows her ex-husband better than anyone in Genoa City, Wisconsin. Abby’s gut instinct led her to believe that she could talk directly with Stitch, not cross any boundaries, and pull an admission out of him.

The result is that Stitch acknowledged what he did, which leads to Mariah’s location being revealed. The audience offers a sigh of relief as that happens because she went into labor while alone in the room where Stitch was keeping her.

Y&R Spoilers – Chance Chancellor Was The Only Choice?

The event that drove Abby’s journey, to use an overly used noun cliche in these modern times, was Chance’s erasure from GC. Why that had to happen is a mystery that all thoughtful fans have been impatiently pondering for months.

As Boaz said at the time he was departing the cast, Y&R didn’t plan to kill off the Chance character or recast the role. TPTB have been true to their word.

Here’s hoping that Chance returns. It would be good to see that be in the form of Boaz, as he and Ordway had solid chemistry.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – What’s Next For Stitch?

Stitch goes on the run because he panics. The poor guy clearly is experiencing a mental breakdown.

Hardcore viewers know that Max Rayburn’s (Jared Breeze) plight cost Stabby their baby. Now, Ben’s stability problems will surely cost him his freedom.

Possibly a redemption storyline is starting? If not, then Stitch will hopefully be caught and receive the care that he needs.

Carrigan is a solid actor and his character was a good guy. Here’s hoping that Stitch isn’t being written out forever.
